Insight Global is seeking a Recruiter for a direct hire opportunity in the Reston, VA area. This position will be remote 4 days a week and 1 day onsite. You'll be leading the full-cycle talent acquisition process with a focus on continuous improvement and candidate experience. You'll partner closely with hiring managers across departments foster a collaborative environment. You'll be responsible for managing requisitions, posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews and conducting background checks. You will also help design interview questions with hiring managers. Success will require attention to detail, navigating multiple resume databases and applications, overcommunication and organizational skills.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
3 years of full life cycle recruiting experience
Experience using Zoom
Strong documentation experience and attention to detail
Experience working with hiring managers about hiring procedures at all levels of organization Experience completing phone interviews/screenings
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
5 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience
Experience sourcing through hundreds of job applicants
Professional certification or credential in recruiting
Recruiting for a non-profit organization
