POSITION SUMMARY:

The Receptionist manages the activities in the Lobby of the Corporate Support Center and facilitates the Quality Control Tasting sessions.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The essential duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:

* Manage incoming calls, screen, and direct calls

* Take and relay messages

* Greet persons entering organization & direct persons to correct destination

* Attend to queries from the public and customers

* Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness

* Provide general administrative and clerical support

* Prepare correspondence and documents

* Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages

* Organize and schedule conference and meeting room bookings

* Monitor and maintain office equipment

* Control inventory relevant to reception area

* Set-up and facilitate the QC tasting session, score sheet and report.

* Manage the Customer Complaint hotline and log.

* Perform other duties as assigned or needed to support QA or the corporate support center.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

* High School Graduate or some College.

* Minimum 2 years of experience in related position.

* Proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures.

* Good typing and computer skills required.

* Knowledge and Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications

* Proven organizational and prioritization skills.

* Excellent written (grammar and punctuation) and verbal communication skills.

* Keen Customer Service, detail-oriented skills.

* Must be able to communicate both in English and Spanish.

* Must have a vehicle. Traveling is approximately 15% of the schedule.

* Medium work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK CONDITIONS:

* 65-70% of the workday is sitting managing the daily activities in the lobby, in front of a computer or on the phone.

* Three times a week must drive, shop and coordinate the Quality Control Tasting sessions and the corporate support center snack stations.

Pay Scale $16.00 to $20.00

The pay scale above is the hourly wage range that the Company reasonably expects to pay for this position.

Within this range, individual pay is determined by location and other factors including, but not limited to, specific skills, relevant work experience, and relevant education and/or training. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with California Labor Code § 432.3 and state and local minimum wage standards.
