As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a positive and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls to appropriate departments.
• Manage and maintain the front desk area to ensure it is neat and organized.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and handling administrative tasks.
• Coordinate deliveries, mail, and package handling.
• Support senior staff with various tasks and provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
• A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
• High school diploma required; college degree preferred.

Compensation: $65k - 70k + Bonus + Great Benefits!
