About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Real Estate Development Intern to join our team for a hands-on experience in the world of real estate development. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in gaining exposure to land acquisition, market research, financial analysis, entitlements, and the overall development process.
Responsibilities:
· Support the development team with project planning, due diligence, and research
· Assist in preparing development packages, timelines, and presentation materials
· Conduct market and demographic research to evaluate potential investment opportunities
· Help maintain project budgets and schedules
· Attend site visits and participate in meetings with consultants, architects, and contractors
· Assist in compiling entitlement and permitting documents
· Support financial modeling and feasibility studies
· Organize and track project documents and records
Qualifications:
· Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Finance, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with GIS, CAD, or project management tools a plus
· Interest in real estate development, construction, land use, or city planning
· Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment
