Job Description: As a Real Estate Appraiser for Property Tax, Senior Associate, you will assist clients with managing property tax valuation analysis and assessment reviews for potential property tax appeals. Working in a team environment you will engage in client and property tax assessor consultations.
Preferred experience and required qualifications are as follows:
- Bachelor's degree is required with professional degree a plus - Accounting, Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Math, etc.
- Appraisal Designation and/or State Real Estate License with Commercial License a plus
- Property Tax experience a plus
- Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) a plus
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to grow strong team relationships
- Effectively communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally
- Experience with emerging technologies / software a plus.
