JOB MISSION Pacific Lifestyle Homes is seeking a
Residential Real Estate Appraiser to play an integral role in our strategic planning and valuation efforts within the residential real estate sector. You will conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, assess market demand, and evaluate competitive dynamics across our three geographic areas. Your primary responsibilities will include appraising property values to support product pricing, investment decisions, and financial reporting. The
Residential Real Estate Appraiser position involves significant data analysis, market forecasting, and interaction with stakeholders to deliver accurate and timely appraisals.

RESPONSIBILITIES - Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis on local, regional, and national real estate markets, covering demographic trends, economic indicators, and regulatory factors.
- Report Preparation: Prepare and deliver appraisal reports and market analysis presentations to management, along with proposed action items.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate with sales and finance departments to align market trends with business strategies.
- Data Modeling: Utilize GIS, PowerBI, and other data modeling tools for projecting market trajectories.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as real estate agents and government agencies to gather necessary data for analysis.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations affecting real estate appraisals to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Project Management: Manage additional tasks or projects as assigned by the Senior Market Analyst.
KEY REQUIREMENTS - Bachelor's degree in business/sales field or associate degree with equivalent experience and/or equivalent professional experience
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship, now or in the future.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
- Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in real estate appraisal software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Salary Description
$70,000 - $100,000 [Depending on Experience]
