Come build your career with us. We are looking for a new Quality Systems Manager to lead activities to sustain our AS9100 credentials and improve our business processes. The position will be located in Nashua, NH and be responsible for: Lead and active engagement with 3rd party AS9100D certification auditors for planning and executing certification audits. Driving prevention activities and Opportunities for Improvement across sites Leading cross site council responsible for driving Risk Assessments, Lessons Learned and benchmarking Manage quality training programs Author and or drive changes to command media that drive optimization, nonconformity prevention aka. mistake proofing, and benchmarking improvements. Engagement with onsite Customer to address nonconformities and present Quality Management System Key Process Indicators (KPIs). Because this role involves a combination of collaborative/in-person and independent work, it will take the form of a hybrid work format, with time split between working onsite and remotely. Required Education, Experience, & Skills Required Education Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of related work experience Quality Management Systems (QMS) experience Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills Preferred Skills and Education Technical Bachelors Degree Green Belt and / or DLSS Certification AS9100D Lead Auditor Certification Root Cause Analysis Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
