Job Summary
The Quality Assurance Technician role will encompass in part or in whole the below stated responsibilities and ensure that Standard Operating Procedures and flow charts are up to date, properly documented and being correctly executed by the teams.
Responsibilities
Document Control:
· Maintain and control the documents
· Write / revise SOP's, forms, instructions & flow charts
· Ensure documents are accessible to the blind/visually impaired.
· Implementation of new and revised documentation
· Archive old or revised documents
· Maintain electronic and hardcopy document library
· Coordinate the annual review of documents
· Communicate with all TAB employees, for example: weekly Doc Control & QMS Notice
· Artwork verification and control (labels, inner packs, display boxes & sleeves etc.)
· Maintain and update artwork samples
Internal Auditor:
· Conduct Internal Audits based on existing company documentation
· Maintain audit schedule
· Create audit packets
· Prepare audit reports and summaries
· Perform follow-up audits
· Initiate corrective actions for any non-conformances found
Cleaning Validation:
· Perform cleaning validation and maintenance activities on related equipment
· Perform Deionized Water System & Total Organic Carbon Analyzer activities
· Maintain record library
Calibration and Equipment Qualification:
· Maintain the calibration program
· Control and distribution of calibrated devices
· Perform calibration on multiple equipment/devices
· Oversee the Installation, Operation & Performance Qualification process (IOPQ)
· Maintain record library on new/existing equipment
· Monitor, record and analysis the data from the temperature and humidity devices
ISO:
· Assist in the maintenance of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015)
FDA:
· Assist in maintaining an FDA compliant documentation system to the Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP's)
Other Duties:
· Complies with and assists other employees in understanding and complying with TAB's policies and procedures.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
· Knowledge of production process, quality assurance, and other techniques for ensuring compliance to the Company's Quality Management System
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe
· Technical writing
· Knowledge of auditing practices
· Ability to troubleshoot, resulting in meaningful solutions
· Strong ethics and discretion with confidential or sensitive information
· Able to read, comprehend and understand information and ideas presented in writing or in alternative form
· Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted
· Able to communicate information effectively through various mediums

Decision Making/Judgment Required
· Makes decisions as per Standard Operation Procedures and Company Policies
Minimum Education and Experience
· High School diploma
· Two years of college or experience in a related field is preferred
Physical Requirements
With or without reasonable accommodation, employees in this position must be able to:
· Prolonged periods of working on a computer
· Ability to be in a stationary position (stand/sit) for 7-8 hours
