Overview

We are seeking a QA Tester with strong experience in manual testing, particularly within mobile networks and telecom environments. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of thriving in fast-paced, process-light settings. You will be responsible for creating and executing tests, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Create tests to find any problems with the software before the product is launched.
• Identify and analyze any bugs found during testing and document them.
• Develop new tests, run them, and document results.
• Collaborate with software developers to resolve defects.
• Re-test patched defects to ensure resolution and no new issues.

Required Qualifications

• Must have 5+ years of end-to-end QA experience.
• Experience with Restful APIs, Postman, and Insomnia.
• Experience testing Mobile Networks or Mobile Carrier systems (e.g., Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Boost).
• Familiarity with OSS/BSS, provisioning, billing systems.
• Experience working with offshore teams.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with minimal process.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to coach team members on testing tools and reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with developers, testers, architects, and stakeholders.
• Must be able to take initiative.
