JOB SUMMARY: Provides comprehensive outpatient evaluative, counseling and therapy services to patients at the Outpatient Mental Health located at Levindale. Uses clinical expertise effectively to manage, plan, implement and evaluate psychiatric interventions appropriate for the OMHC population. Works proactively and in collaboration with other team members. Responsible for providing assessment and supportive therapy services to appropriate OHMC clients. Understands and abides by Levindale' s customer service commitment. 

 

REQUIREMENTS: Seasoned professional knowledge; equivalent to a Master's degree; knowledge in more than one discipline. Master's in Social Work or PsyD or PhD. 1-3 years of experience. LCSW-C or LMSW or LCPC.
