This position offers the option of a hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.

As a Prospecting Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our JMS producers by identifying, organizing, and providing lead generation opportunities. Your work will help drive new business by ensuring our team has access to high-quality prospects and actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain lead lists to ensure producers have accurate and up-to-date information
Develop prospecting strategies to maximize lead generation opportunities
Assist producers in preparing for outreach efforts, including compiling relevant data and market insights
Research and attend state and national conventions within the transportation and insurance industries
Collaborate with corporate marketing to ensure agency sponsorship opportunities and involvement in transportation associations
Qualifications:
Experience in sales support, marketing, or insurance-related roles is a plus
Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify quality leads
Highly organized with attention to detail in managing data and prospect lists
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with stakeholders
