Prospect Researcher
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Prospect Researcher to support our business development and outreach efforts. In this role, you will play a critical part in identifying and profiling potential clients, partners, or donors, helping the team make informed, strategic decisions and build stronger engagement pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research on individuals, companies, and organizations to identify new business or fundraising prospects
Analyze data to assess prospect potential, giving capacity, and strategic fit
Compile comprehensive prospect profiles and reports to support outreach and relationship-building efforts
Collaborate with sales, marketing, or development teams to refine targeting strategies and prioritize high-value leads
Maintain and update prospect databases and tracking tools with accurate and timely information
Monitor industry trends, news, and relevant insights to identify new opportunities
Qualifications:
Proven experience in research, market analysis, fundraising support, or a similar role
Excellent analytical and organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Proficient in research tools, online databases, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into clear, actionable insights
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive or confidential information
