Develop and implement effective trading strategies. Participate actively in regular meetings, courses, and coaching sessions to enhance your trading skills. Stay updated on market trends, news, and technological advancements. Proactively manage risk and uphold trading discipline. Qualifications Passionate about trading, with a strong desire to learn and excel. Minimum of 2 years of experience in trading or managing investments. Basic understanding of financial markets. Exceptional decision-making abilities. Experience with Java is advantageous but not mandatory. Benefits Package Earn a performance bonus of $7,000 for the first $7,000 profits for the firm.
