What You'll Do:

Peak Property Group, a Coastal Ridge company, is seeking a forward-thinking Property Manager to lead our growing Cincinnati OH scattered-site portfolio of multifamily properties. As Property Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the strategic operation and daily execution of our investment portfolio, consisting of over 100 multi-family properties (750+ units) in some of Cincinnati's most desirable neighborhoods, including: Clifton Heights, Over the Rhine, East Walnut Hills, Norwood, and Pleasant Ridge. This is a high growth position with future leadership opportunities including Area Manager and other leadership roles.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of property management professionals to effectively and optimally operate a portfolio of conventional and student housing scattered-site properties. Work directly with, and manage the Assistant Property Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, and Leasing Team in our pursuit of daily excellence.
  • Partner and communicate with internal stakeholders including operations, asset management, marketing, capital projects, and accounting teams.
  • Manage financial performance of property and portfolio financials, expense management, income optimization, and overall business plan execution.
  • Oversee leasing performance and production to achieve portfolio leasing goals, including sales strategy, marketing and advertising, process enhancement, and lease velocity management.
  • Successfully recruit, train, and develop high-performing associates to maximize performance of the portfolio. Guide, support, and provide resources for the team to maximize their effectiveness, deliver exceptional results, and develop future leaders.
  • Collaborate on efforts to adapt, innovate, and evolve the effectiveness of the team and overall operations through processes and policies, implementations of systems and new technology, and other strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in new property assessment, due diligence, renovation projects, deferred maintenance planning, and new property onboarding. Be an expert of the market.
  • Provide support and assistance to all customer service efforts, foster an environment of passion for our community.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3+ years of progressive property management experience required, including prior experience as Property Manager or other senior/manager/leadership role required.
  • Experience with multifamily properties including, conventional, student, multi-site, and/or scattered-site.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Excel. Comfort using technology.
