What you'll do - Oversee on-site operations of two Mobile Home / RV Communities, sustaining or increasing occupancy rates
- Build positive relationships with residents, vendors, and team members
- Assist in the marketing, showing, and upkeep of spaces for rent within the park.
- Meet with prospective residents and complete rental process
- Collect rent, ensuring timely revenue collections and sustain collection rates of 97%.
- Enforce rules & regulations of community
- Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
- Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations
- Landscaping, such as mowing lawn, removing weeds and brush, and other yard work including leaf and debris removal.
- Clean laundry rooms and common areas such as bathrooms and clubhouses
- Completing work orders and rental turns, such as changing air filters, replacing windows, and painting
- Regular site walks, picking up trash and debris
- Maintain tools and maintenance equipment and keep maintenance room in neat condition.
- Touch-up painting and repainting buildings or rooms as required.
- Open clogged drains, fixes leaks, and performs other simple plumbing jobs.
- Change light bulbs may replace fixtures and does similar minor electrical tasks.
- Perform simple carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, repairing steps, fences and rails.
- Assist with loading or unloading trucks and moving furniture when needed.

- An intermediate knowledge of Excel & Word
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of maintenance experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to respond to after hour emergencies
- Ability to lift, push, pull 50 pounds
- Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
Pay and Benefits - Pay rate: $25-28/hour DOE
