Conti LLC Traffic Division seeks Project Manager:

 

Job responsibilities:

 

· Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects

· Work to establish, adjust and maintain work sequences to meet the schedule for a given project

· Reviewing construction contract documents to ensure constructability and accuracy

· Reviewing baseline construction budgets with man-hours and equipment with the support of field supervision, estimating and executives

· Preparing and negotiating small change order requests

· Preparing and negotiating claims with Prime or Client

· Preparing/reviewing submittals, RFIs, close out documents, if necessary

· Carrying out small estimating activities related to managed projects

· Monitoring and tracking productivity utilizing company tools

· Coordinating specialty crews (ITS, drilled shafts) with the various project managers to maximize productivity

· Participating in internal scheduling meeting

· Conducting material take-offs

· Ordering and releasing materials as necessary

· Assisting field crews and field management to ensure timely completion of work

· Coordinating field personnel allocation and resources for your assigned projects with the support and guidance of the area(s) general superintendent(s)

 

Applicant knowledge:

 

· Have experience in highway lighting, traffic signalization, ITS, signing, tolling, and signing DOT projects

· Strong skills in Microsoft Office are essential
