Conti LLC Traffic Division seeks Foundations Project Manager:

 

Job responsibilities:

 

· Review foundation operations schedule across all CONTI projects

· Manage day-to-day operational aspects of foundation operations

· Ensure crews adheres to CONTI safety and quality standards

· Reviewing construction contract documents to ensure constructability and accuracy

· Prepare project-based construction summaries to ensure crews have required specs and plans

· Participate in all related progress meetings and DSIP meetings with FDOT

· Work with crew’s foremen to ensure access, locates, concrete, slurry, water, equipment, material are available for scheduled activities

· Review baseline construction budgets with man-hours and equipment with the support of field supervision, estimating and executives

· Coordinate steel cages deliveries

· Prepare and negotiate small change order requests

· Prepare and negotiate claims with Prime or Client

· Prepare RFIs, if necessary

· Initiate and manage EARs, if necessary

· Monitor and track productivity utilizing company tools

· Maintain foundation group tooling inventory

· Participate in internal scheduling meeting

· Order and release materials as necessary

 

Applicant knowledge:

 

· Have experience in DOT projects

· Be familiar with FDOT Specification Sections 346 and 455
