POSITION OVERVIEW
The Project Manager I at NBME will facilitate and lead enterprise-wide transformation through project management, continuous improvement and change management at the strategic level. This position must be able to quickly establish trust and rapport with project owners and stakeholders across the organization. This is a hands-on training design, teaching, project management, and consultative role. It requires the ability to guide the transformation of NBME into an organization that embraces change and implements creative problem solving as the norm. The successful candidate will have a passion for business transformation, strategic thinking and have demonstrated experience with the successful delivery of short and long-cycle projects.
This role has been designated as primarily remote which means it generally does not require onsite work more than an average of 2-3 times per month and may require additional prescheduled onsite work. We're open to considering candidates in the following states: PA, NJ, DE and MD.

Compensation we are offering for this position is at $75,000 - $95,000/year. Please note that the offered rate for this position typically aligns with the minimum to midrange of this grade, but it can vary based on the successful candidate's qualifications and experience, department budget, and an internal equity review.
