Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion
• Coordinate and oversee project activities, including resource allocation, material procurement, and scheduling
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and office staff to maintain seamless project flow and high satisfaction
• Supervise and motivate carpentry and construction teams to achieve project goals
• Perform quality control to ensure all work aligns with company standards

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in carpentry and project management in the construction industry
• Strong carpentry knowledge, including techniques, tools, and materials
• Excellent communication skills with a professional approach in all interactions
• Ability to lead and inspire teams, with a passion for innovation and improvement
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
