Project Controls Coordinator IV
Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 1 year (can be extended)

Hybrid Model: In-Office (Monday, Tuesday & Thursday) Remote Work (Wednesday & Friday)

Job type: W2 Contract

Overview:
We're looking for a Project Controls Coordinator IV to support project management teams by monitoring, controlling, and reporting on project costs and performance. This role ensures accurate cost tracking and compliance with company processes in fast-paced, multi-project environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain project cost estimates, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Track and report project performance against plans; prepare cost reports for stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to company cost control processes and project lifecycle requirements.
Collaborate with PMO, Finance, and other stakeholders to support project delivery.
Recommend improvements to cost management policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Strong experience in cost control and reporting for complex projects.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently.
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.

Working Conditions:

Office-based with occasional travel to field sites (PPE may be required).
Some overnight trips may be necessary.
