Overview Programmatic Account Manager, Spanish Speaking – Florida. Remote-first position based in Florida; fluent in Spanish. StackAdapt is a technology company that enables marketers to reach, engage, and convert audiences with precision. The StackAdapt Marketing Platform provides automated optimizations to drive measurable results across the customer journey. This role reports to the Director of Client Services and focuses on post-sales client relationships, user adoption of the StackAdapt platform, campaign management, client retention, and account expansion opportunities. You will work closely with Account Executives, Client Service support teams, and cross-functional teams to maximize campaign ROI. Leverage RTB/programmatic media buying experience to optimize campaigns and deliver solutions that meet client performance goals. What you'll be doing Act as the main point of contact for your portfolio of clients across a wide range of verticals Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform Provide regular reporting on campaign goals, and offer strategic solutions and optimizations to meet identified KPIs Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third-party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting Identify upselling opportunities and contribute to the development of tools, procedures, and reports to increase efficiency Analyze campaign performance to optimize and recommend new opportunities Provide strategic thought leadership, acting as a strategic advisor to clients Attend in-person and virtual meetings, deliver presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews, and training/education Travel up to 20% of the time What you'll bring to the table 3+ years of Real-Time Bidding/programmatic experience (DSP, Ad Network) Professional fluency in both Spanish and English Experience running Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or DSP self-serve campaigns Proven success in managing client relationships and delivering service excellence Focus on retaining accounts and growing revenue Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge Familiarity with the latest digital advertising trends and ideas Experience working with complex databases is a plus About StackAdapt We’ve been recognized for our diverse and supportive workplace, high performing campaigns, award-winning customer service, and innovation.
