Job Responsibilities Manages the Sub-Internship Program for fourth year medical students. Responsible for the reporting of general education teaching sessions performed in Clerkships & Sub-Internships. Responsible for tracking all medical student education activities and maintaining student faculty records related to medical student teaching. Manages the day to day of the department's undergraduate educational offerings. Coordinates processes surrounding student elective programs. Assists with eligibility, registration, scheduling and/or the expansion and creation of new elective courses. Coordinates student testing, evaluation and/or grading processes. If applicable, assists with the administration and proctoring of exams. Collaborates with support staff at various college, departmental and hospital departments as needed. Education High School Diploma Experience Bachelor's degree is preferred. Approximately 3 years of related experience, preferably within the medical research field Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Ability to multi-task and self-prioritize work. Demonstrated organizational skills and ability to pay close attention to detail.
