Overview Program Performance Analyst Description & Duties: The Program Performance Analyst plays an essential role in monitoring, tracking, and administering reviews on all Foundation Finance dealers. This role is responsible for carefully reviewing extensive confidential internal and external documentation with the mindset of identifying risks which may impact the company. Responsibilities: Duties may include, but are not limited to: Document the review of dealer files and supporting documents to identify risks on dealer levels. Coordinate and participate in reviewing and analyzing dealers for reactivation. Conduct reviews on selected dealer accounts for possible termination, additional or removal of stipulations, or addition of and/or removal from special handling programs. Present complex overviews and recommendations of special internal programs for existing dealers to department managers. Update internal platforms and reports to effectively communicate with all teams regarding account updates, ensuring all systems are accurately updated per company policy and procedure. Assist with reviewing quarterly audits on internal special program dealer accounts as directed. Assist with reviewing, analyzing, and recommending to management approval/denial of dealers for removal or addition onto dealer special programming including Pre/Full VAP, P+, and Stage Funding programs. Aid in organizing documents, contacting dealers and customers for escalated dispute resolution activities. Handle escalated dealer issues, coordinating with all relevant teams to ensure total communication cross departmentally. Correspond via email and phone with dealers regarding phone verifications, dealer files, and supporting documents. Other duties as assigned by management. Must be able to concentrate and perform accurately. Must be able to react to change productively. Applicants must also have great attention to detail and ability to multi-task under the stress of deadlines with a strong desire to help the organization succeed. Pay Range: USD $23.50 - USD $26.00 /Hr. Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: Associates degree in business, finance, communication or similar field and 1 year of experience in comparable field OR 3 years of experience in comparable field. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Strong typing skills. Strong attention to detail.
