Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager with strong Drupal expertise to lead and manage end-to-end delivery of complex web and digital programs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing enterprise-level projects, stakeholder relationships, and multidisciplinary teams, with a solid understanding of the Drupal ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
Program Management
Lead planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of large-scale Drupal-based web programs.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA, content teams, and third-party vendors.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Translate business needs into technical requirements and ensure regular reporting on milestones, risks, and KPIs.
Drupal Expertise
Provide oversight on Drupal architecture, theming, module integration, and performance tuning.
Collaborate with Drupal developers to ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and scalability.
Agile & Delivery
Implement and oversee Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Conduct sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups, ensuring continuous delivery and improvements.
Risk & Budget Management
Manage project risks, budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
Proactively identify roadblocks and implement mitigation strategies.

Required Skills:
Proven experience in managing complex web programs (preferably in CMS or digital platforms).
Hands-on experience or deep understanding of Drupal 8/9/10 architecture and components.
Strong knowledge of Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead distributed and cross-functional teams
