Job Description
Our client is looking for a Professional Land Surveyor for Ankeny, IA!
Starting Pay: $72,000 - $82,000/year (DOE)
Hours: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Occasional work outside of the main hours
Duties:
- Deliver exceptional quality surveys that are on time
- Produce and deliver control, boundary, topography, ALTA, subdivisions, and construction surveying services
- Search legal records, survey records, and land titles to obtain information about property boundaries in areas to be surveyed
- Prepare or supervise preparation of all data, charts, plots, map records, and documents relating to surveys
Requirements:
- Must have professional land surveyor license
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D (preferred), Trimble Access and Microsoft Office
- Associate degree from a technical or four-year school preferred
- Five (5) to ten (10) years progressive experience preferred
- Must be able to work in inclement weather conditions
