• Conduct interviews and connect with potential candidates
• Build, mentor, and lead your own high-performing team
• Create & manage compelling marketing campaigns across social media
• Analyze and optimize ad performance for maximum impact
• Attend and participate global training calls via Zoom
• Research and implement innovative marketing strategies
