Are you passionate about developing talent and fostering a culture of continuous learning? We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional Development and Training Manager to lead our staff development initiatives and training programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 5+ years of professional experience in staff development, learning & development, or training management
• Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training programs
• Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills
• Tech-savvy with experience in LMS platforms and virtual training tools
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, education verification, and Live Scan

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs
• Assess staff training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations
• Develop curriculum and facilitate engaging in-person and virtual training sessions
• Track training effectiveness and provide regular feedback to leadership
• Collaborate with department managers to ensure training initiatives support departmental objectives
• Stay up to date on best practices in learning and development
