Production Associate's will have the opportunity to start out making $20.92 and go up to $24.18 after 90 days with good attendance and performance.
Working only 15 days out of the month with 7 days off to have a good work life balance .
SIGN ON BONUS - $300 AFTER 90 DAYS!
RETENTION BONUS - $600 AFTER 9 MONTHS
Hours: Rotating shift 7AM – 7PM and 7PM - 7AM. You will work BOTH Dayshift and Nightshift as part of your rotation.
Shift Rotation: 4 on, 3 off, 3 on, 1 off, 3 on, 3 off, 4 on, 7 off and the rotation starts over .
If you have manufacturing experience and are a safety-minded individual, then you could be a good candidate for this role.
This is a heavy industrial environment which requires wearing provided PPE and lifting 50lbs.
Mobile Equipment experience preferred.
GED or High School diploma is required.
As part of our Real Alloy Operations Team in Loudon, TN , you will be a valuable contributor with our Team members.
Your experiences with mobile equipment, plant operations, safe work habits in a team environment will be essential to your success in this role
