Job Title: Agile Product Owner
Job at a Glance:  Seeking a true Agile Product Owner to collaborate closely with the Product Manager and Scrum Manager on a team managing an Enterprise Broadband and Ethernet Portfolio.
Location: 1701 John F Kennedy Blvd, Philadelphia, PA 19103
Work Schedule: Hybrid - 4x onsite, 1 day remote
Pay Rate: $45/hr W2 + optional benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401k)
Duration of Contract: Long-term contract with extension/conversion possibility
Responsibilities:

• Act as the accountable Product Owner for the Scrum team: own and prioritize the team backlog, write and refine user stories, and accept completed work.
• Work closely with the Product Manager to align team outcomes to the ART roadmap, product strategy, and release priorities.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, operations, and offshore teammates to ensure timely delivery of product increments.
• Facilitate regular backlog grooming and ensure stories meet the team’s Definition of Ready and Definition of Done.

• Demonstrated experience working as a Product Owner on an Agile/Scrum team (not a Product Manager, BA, or Scrum Master, but a true Product Owner).
• CSPO cert is a plus and desired
