About us

Our health and wellness platform supports users struggling with insulin resistance to build sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, and metabolism.

We serve two primary audiences:

• Distributors , who educate and support others in their health journeys, and
• End users , who are actively working to change their habits and improve their health.

As part of a small and nimble team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how our users experience the product from the ground up.

About the role

We’re looking for a Product Designer (UX) who thrives in fast-paced, startup-style environments. You’ll collaborate closely with engineers, researchers, and product stakeholders to ensure every design decision supports our users' health journeys. This is a hands-on role that blends strategy, research, prototyping, and detailed design execution.

What you'll do

• Own the UX process end-to-end , from concept through implementation.
• Engage directly with users through onboarding sessions or other means of support (this is one of the ways we get closer to our users).
• Conduct weekly user research (e.g., interviews, usability testing) to validate ideas and identify areas for improvement.
• Build high-quality prototypes and design systems using Figma.
• Work closely with developers to maintain high UX quality throughout implementation; conduct design QA and share feedback during development cycles.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, usable flows that align with user goals and business objectives.
• Rapidly iterate on designs based on feedback, analytics, and new insights.
• Champion a consistent, user-centered design language across the product.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a UX or Product Designer, preferably in mobile or wellness-focused products.
• Figma expert with deep experience in component libraries, prototyping, and collaboration features.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions and prototypes.
• Proven experience conducting or collaborating on user research and usability testing.
• Comfortable in startup-style environments: self-driven, resourceful, and pragmatic.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for product polish and UX excellence.
• Strong communication skills - You can clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders and developers alike.
• Comfort with ambiguity. Our product is new and ever evolving. Sometimes our requirements are not that detailed. We need someone who can iterate and ideate before we know all the answers.
• Willingness to learn. If you don’t have something above but can prove that you have a strong track record of learning, we’re all ears.

Bonus Points

• Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles
• Comfortable with light front-end collaboration (e.g., reviewing code or using dev handoff tools)
