About the Firm

We are currently working with a Boston-based growth equity fund that is seeking to add an associate to its investment team. The fund invests into lower middle market technology companies, and is looking to grow off the back of a strong performance track record.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end involvement in sourcing, diligence, deal execution, and portfolio support
• Collaborate with a small, high-caliber team across all parts of the investment process
• Engage with founders and operators to drive growth post-investment

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of investment banking experience
• Exposure to deals in the technology sector preferred
• Strong analytical skills, self-starter, comfortable in an unstructured environment
