Production manager duties will consist of: Scheduling production of offset printing production, bindery, cutting, digital production, shipping & deliveries. Order paper, press supplies. Output plates for offset presses. Order paper stock for production. Be able to provide job status to CSRs. Maintain paper inventory. Write purchase orders for outbound work and supply/stock orders. Working in a team environment and assist where necessary. Work under pressure and meet client imposed deadlines. Candidate must have the following skills: Familiarity with general printing terminology. Knowledge of PC navigation. Rudimentary MS Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Adobe PDF and Creative Suite. Quick learner and adaptive mindset. Handle multiple tasks and willingness to work extra hours when needed.
