Job Details for Print Services Specialist:

• Schedule:
  • Training Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Night Shift (Post-Training): Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
• Pay: $18.00/hr during training | $19.55/hr once on night shift
• Location: Parma, OH

Job Description for Print Services Specialist:

• Operate print and finishing equipment (bindery, shrink-wrap, cutters, etc.) to complete production jobs
• Deliver finished print jobs to internal departments within the facility
• Log daily work and maintain basic service/production records
• Assist with light shipping/receiving and mailroom support as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, with occasional light maintenance duties

Job Requirements for Print Services Specialist:

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with PDFs
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (team assistance provided for anything over 50 lbs)
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
• Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
• Willingness to train on day shift before transitioning to night shift
