Title: Print Production Manager

Duration: 6 Months (maternity leave backfill) with possible extension , no conversion to full-time
Location: Racine, WI
Hours: 8-5

Open to: Local candidates or those willing to commute or relocate

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field

TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 1+ years of experience in Project Management
• 1+ years of packaging production process, pre-press and printers
• 1+ years of experience working with external agencies
• Analytical Skills, such as running metrics and data analysis to tell the story
• Excellent Communication skills, written and verbal and ability to work as a member of a Cross functional team.

Top Required Skills:

• 1+ year of Project Management experience
• 1+ year of Packaging or Print Production experience
• Graphic Design knowledge/skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite

TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES:

• MS Project PRO
• Excel

PREFERRED ATTRIBUTES:

• Graphics, Art and Design
• Production Workflow
• Esko's Web Center graphics workflow tool
• Power BI
• General understanding of Regulatory (such as EPA) requirements

CONVERSION PLANNING: Opportunities exist, but at this time this can't be guaranteed

INTERVIEW FORMATTING: 2 interviews. First to be video or phone, second to be onsite.
