About the Role
The Company is seeking a President to lead its metal fabrication facility in Elk County. The successful candidate will be at the helm of a dynamic organization that has experienced significant growth due to strategic expansion and technological advancements. The President will be tasked with overseeing all aspects of the site, including production, sales, maintenance, engineering, capital projects, quality, purchasing, material management, and finance. This pivotal role demands a leader with a strong background in plant operations and sales, who can bring a strategic and hands-on approach to manage the facility and contribute to the company's ambitious growth plans. Candidates for the President position should have a proven track record as Plant Manager, Director of Operations, General Manager, or VP of Operations, with a primary focus on plant operations and some sales background. The role requires an experienced operational and sales leader who can effectively lead the executive team and is prepared to take on the responsibility of driving the company's growth and expansion. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at problem-solving, and capable of making data-driven decisions to ensure the continued success of the organization.
