Willingness to learn systems and analyze issues against the database systems. Good knowledge in SQL and familiarity with database systems and generic administration knowledge. Exposure to batch and infrastructure monitoring. Expertise in release and deployment management using DevOps or other tools. Experience working in L2 Support team and expertise in efficiently triaging, detecting, recording, and classifying incidents using ServiceNow.
