Mercier Consultancy is on the lookout for a Portuguese Speaking Content Moderator for our Social Media Department! In this essential role, you will ensure that our clients' online communities are engaging, safe, and respectful. Your proficiency in Portuguese will allow you to connect with our audience directly and maintain a positive brand image across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring it complies with our community guidelines. You'll proactively engage with users, addressing their inquiries, and fostering a supportive and inviting environment. Your keen attention to detail and ability to think critically will be vital in preventing the spread of harmful or inappropriate content while promoting constructive dialogues.
