Our client is looking for a Plant Manager in the Grand Rapids area!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the day-to-day activities and continual improvement of the production of manufactured products
  • Experience and expertise with machinery and the essential skills that allow you to maintain machinery along with improving the machine.
  • Experience with preventive maintenance and predictive maintenance

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational leadership and communication skills
  • Adaptable to changes in the work environment; Able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. Looking for a creative problem solver
  • Knowledge with large equipment/machinery
  • Welding expertise
