We're looking for enthusiastic personal trainers/pilates/yoga instructors who love to drive group energy in a high vibe environment! Here your uniqueness will be your best asset as our team knows exactly how to identify and develop your gifts to be truly life changing and make a difference in this community. All coaches on this team have the potential to fast track to a leadership role and ascend their influence into full time positions.

The position

We are opening a brand new, reimagined yoga, pilates and tone concept workout right next to our F45 studio in Dedham! At Fs8 we deliver low impact, high energy training experience that is felt by all long after the workout ends. We are hiring for instructors to work and train at F45 until Fs8 opens in July! At that point, the trainer can remain part time at both or choose a studio to call home!

Responsibilities

• Excite and delight every athlete as an individual from the moment they walk through the door
• Demonstrate exercises with excellent form, displaying fitness prowess in studio
• Coaching athletes towards their max potential, leading them through predetermined yoga/pilates workouts
• Have the knowledge and ability to correct exercise form to prevent injuries and challenge athletes when it is time to progress
• Create a culture and environment that is inviting and feels like home
• Flex work to include set up, cleaning, and attendance taking

Qualifications

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, charismatic, positive, people first, no-ego energy
• Must have group training experience (or show us you can be great at it)
• Experience as a personal fitness trainer would be amazing
• Pilates Certified (or willing to get it!)
• Plenty of hours to offer, the more available the better
• Character, integrity and communication skills
• Energetic and attentive to the needs of others
• Must understand functional movement, how to use reformer machines and the science of heart rate focused training programs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills and comfortable with leadership / public speaking
• Required to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing athletes with vigor for the entirety of the workout

Certifications (inquire regardless)

• Nationally accredited current fitness certification - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA
• Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
• Pilates Certified
