This position will be responsible for performing various duties within the warehouse, including picking, staging, loading, repackaging, putting away, or transporting all orders according to company standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack products according to established standards.
• Prepare items and assemble packages for shipping.
• Load items as needed to move throughout a distribution center.
• Comply with all warehouse safety rules and guidelines.
• Determine and build packaging based on product size.
• Use basic mathematics to determine the appropriate number of picks.
• Move and lift up to 50 pounds of product as needed.
• Meet established productivity and quality standards.
• Follow safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Ability to read and understand pick slips, and work with minimal guidance.
• Ability to operate computers and relevant warehouse management software.
• Follow safe work practices and procedures.
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Physical stamina and strength.
• Ability to consistently lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to consistently move in a full range of motion.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and required overtime for the position.
• Able to lift, stack, and/or pull products off shelves, as well as replenish products, from various heights weighing between 10-35 pounds throughout the shift.
• Able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment, i.e., warehouse.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
• Weekends as needed
