Are you a dynamic and experienced healthcare professional ready to lead a growing practice? We’re seeking a Practice Manager with a strong track record in operational efficiency, inventory management, and customer service excellence to elevate our practice to the next level.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations across three locations (Stuart, Hollywood, and Boca Raton), ensuring efficiency, high-quality service, and patient satisfaction.
• Manage inventory and implement cost-effective strategies to reduce expenses while maintaining optimal supply levels.
• Drive practice growth by streamlining processes, improving workflows, and meeting efficiency targets.
• Lead a team with a focus on exceptional customer service , fostering a positive and patient-centered environment.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient scheduling, staff performance, and practice resource allocation.
• Periodically travel between Stuart, Hollywood, and Boca Raton locations to oversee operations, address issues, and support staff.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold the highest standards across all locations.

Qualifications:

• Experience with Athena and/or CureMD preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of managing costs , enhancing efficiency , and driving growth in a healthcare setting.
• Strong inventory management skills, with a focus on cost control and budget-conscious practices.
• Leadership skills to motivate and support teams across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to cultivate relationships with patients, staff, and providers.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of organizational and problem-solving skills .
