Seeking a full-time BE/BC Pediatrician to join team in the beautiful lakes country of west-central Minnesota.

Join an established pediatrics practice with 2 other full-time Pediatricians due to department growth. Our pediatricians provide the full scope of primary care services to include: Child and teen well visits, general pediatric visits, sports & activity physicals, ADD & ADHD treatment in conjunction with external mental health facility within community, attendance at C-sections, emergency situations, and high-risk deliveries.

• Equitable participation in on-call rotation, 1:5
• Dedicated Pediatric Department within multi-specialty clinic with inpatient rounding on the Pediatric Floor and Newborn Nursery (hospital & clinic are attached)
• Practice in a 6-year-old, $30 million dollar state of the art medical clinic

Compensation and benefits

• Base compensation salary: $295k
• Guaranteed salary for the first 2 contract years of employment with opportunity for additional compensation based on production
• Ability to earn above guaranteed salary if provider exceeds production hours worked
• 6 weeks paid time off while on guarantee
• Insurance coverage: health, dental, life, disability insurance (long and short term) and full malpractice
• Annual employer contribution of a generous 10% of wages toward retirement (100% vested after one year without employee contribution requirements)
• Retirement plan includes: 401K, profit sharing and cash balance plan
• Two year partnership track into Medical Group which allows for additional retirement savings opportunities
• Very generous sign-on bonus and relocation stipend
• CME reimbursement, professional dues and memberships
