We are open to PT's who also have specific certs such as dry needling, manipulations, etc/You will be working in a clinic with 1-2 PTA's and will have a patient load around 14 patients/day average. We are motivated to find someone who wants to grow into a director position, which can profit share from these clinics.Duties:1. Evaluate patients' health and physical condition, define their goals, and plan appropriate treatments that take into account their unique physical needs.2. Implement and manage individualized therapy programs designed to promote ability to move, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. 3. Use a variety of techniques to assist with pain management, such as heat/cold therapy, hands-on therapy, and therapeutic exercises. 4. Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as required; provide status reports and recommendations to doctors and other healthcare professionals.5. Educate patients and their families about what to expect and how to cope with the recovery process; provide them with home-based exercises and strategies that support their recovery and prevent re-injury. 6. Continually evaluate treatments to ensure that they are comprehensive and effective, and modify as necessary.7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to discuss patient progress and develop coordinated care plans. 8. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.9.
