Role Overview

Join Citizens of Humanity Group as a Photo Editor in Los Angeles, CA. You will play a key role in editing and retouching brand imagery to ensure visual consistency and quality across editorial and e-commerce platforms. Reporting to the Content Manager, you will work closely with the Creative Team to deliver high-quality, on-brand imagery. The ideal candidate has 2+ years of experience in fashion photography retouching and delivering polished visuals.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and color correct on-model and still life photography to maintain consistency across web, social and print platforms.
• Perform quality assurance on images, ensuring accurate file naming, pixel dimensions, margins, cropping and adherence to brand standards.
• Match garment colors in photos to physical samples for accuracy.
• Report to the Content Manager and collaborate with the Creative Team to streamline retouching workflows and organize digital assets for future use.
• Adhere to corporate image guidelines for customer-facing website imagery.
• Meet tight deadlines, manage multiple projects and provide regular updates on progress.
• Incorporate feedback from creative leads to align final imagery with brand’s aesthetic

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in image retouching, preferably in fashion, retail or ecommerce.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Capture One and Dropbox
• Strong understanding of color management and non-destructive editing techniques
• Excellent multitasking, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to adapt to feedback and evolving project needs
• Keen eye for detail
• Must be able to work on-site full-time in Los Angeles, CA with occasional work-from-home flexibility (with manager approval)
