Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist-II to support our client’s medical facility, which is based in Roseburg, OR.

This is a Contract job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Location: Roseburg, OR

Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 pm

Pay Range: $19.04 - $22.50 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume

Job Requirements:

• Delivers accurate, high-quality work in fast-paced, high-volume environments
• Works independently with minimal supervision and sound judgment
• Skilled in phlebotomy across all age groups, including pediatric and geriatric patients
• Flexible with scheduling, including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime
• Willing to travel and cover multiple locations on short notice
• Committed to company policies, safety standards, and professional appearance
• Strong customer focus with clear, respectful communication
• Adapts quickly to change and prioritizes tasks efficiently

Required Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Medical training: medical assistant or paramedic training preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• At least 2 years of experience in a Patient Service Center environment preferred
• Customer service experience in retail or service settings preferred
• Proficient in keyboarding and data entry
