Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist II in Minneapolis, MN!

We are seeking an experienced and dependable phlebotomy professional to support a high-volume patient service center in a full-time contract role.

• Specialty : Phlebotomist II
• Location : Minneapolis, MN 55408
• 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM | Monday–Friday
• 40 hours/week

Assignment Highlights :

• Full-time contract role with consistent weekday schedule
• Position based in a Patient Service Center
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred

Responsibilities :

• Perform quality blood draws with pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
• Prepare specimens for lab testing following established protocols
• Verify patient identity and properly label all specimens in the patient’s presence
• Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of patient data
• Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Pride Health with professionalism
• Uphold safety standards and comply with all operational policies
• Travel as needed for coverage at multiple sites

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (not required in MN)
• Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred
