Overview: Cvent is looking for an Part Time Personal Executive Assistant/Personal Assistant to an Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a flexible work schedule, and who has exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skills. Work Schedule: 20-30 hours/week with hybrid schedule (1 day/week in office, other days are work from home) Must be local in the McLean, Virginia area and must have a car and the ability to drive In This Role, You Will:: Manage personal expenses, including paying bills and keeping expense records Schedule reservations and appointments and establish appointment priorities Manage email, text, and phone correspondence Book and manage travel (flight, hotel, car, etc.) Coordinate meetings and help plan events Run Errands Performs other duties as needed in support of the executive Here's What You Need:: 3+ years of experience in Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, project management, and/or support roles Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to solve moderate to complex problems Demonstrates attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Ability to juggle competing priorities Ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality Demonstrates the personal discipline to work with demanding, entrepreneurial minds LinkedIn Remote Type: #LI-Hybrid Indeed Remote Type: WFH Flexible Cvent
