Job Summary: Senior Helpers, a leading provider of in-home care for seniors, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team in Holden, Missouri. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized assistance to seniors in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. We are holding open interviews every Wednesday from 11am to 1pm in our Lee's Summit office or by phone and looking for full-time, part-time, and PRN individuals to join our team. Compensation & Benefits: This is a full-time or part-time position in the HomeCare field with a salary range of $15 to $20 per hour, paid biweekly. We also offer training, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within the company. Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home care to seniors based on their individual needs and care plan
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Monitor and record changes in clients' physical and mental condition
• Perform Medication reminders, as directed by the client's medical team
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and transportation for appointments or errands
• Maintain open communication with clients, their families, and the Senior Helpers team

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior caregiving experience preferred, but not required
• Compassionate and patient with a passion for caring for seniors
• Ability to pass a background check
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
