Job Description

PGR Media is looking for a data-driven Paid Media Analyst to optimize digital campaigns across our client portfolio. This role works closely with the strategy and account teams to ensure paid media investments drive measurable results. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing media performance across digital platforms, analyzing campaign data, and making real-time optimization decisions to improve efficiency and ROI.

** This position is based in the Boston area – candidates MUST be located in Massachusetts and have AGENCY experience. We will not consider applicants outside of this criteria. **

Key Responsibilities 

  • Own campaign reporting and optimization across paid media channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign performance and key KPIs
  • Analyze media performance in real-time, identifying trends, and making optimization recommendations
  • Work closely with account teams to communicate insights and guide budget allocation decisions
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and strategic recommendations based on media performance
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and provide POVs on new platforms, measurement solutions, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Business or Finance
  • 3+ years of Full-Time hands-on experience in digital media analytics and optimization, preferably within a media agency
  • Strong understanding of media KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA, LTV, etc.) and ability to analyze campaign data
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360, etc.
  • Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other attribution platforms
  • Knowledge of Looker Studio, PowerBI, Google Data Studio, or Tableau is a plus, but SQL/Python experience is NOT required
  • Proficiency across General Business Applications (Microsoft Word/Excel/PowerPoint, Google Sheets/Docs/Slides) 
  • Excellent presentation and storytelling skills – must be able to clearly communicate findings to clients and internal teams
