📍Location: San Francisco or Palo Alto, CA (In-Person 4x/week)

💰Compensation: $130,000 – $150,000 (Base + Commission)

🔎 Who We're Looking For

Are you the person your friends go to for fitness advice — even though you're not an official trainer? Maybe you work in tech, consulting, or sales? Kalos is hiring performance coaches to optimize our clients' lives using DEXA scan data and precision fitness programming.

You don’t need to be an officially certified trainer. You do need to have:

• A high-performance background (elite school or high-output job)
• A history of athletic excellence (collegiate level atheltics, if not Olympic level)
• An obsession with data, improvement, and personal excellence
• A desire to work directly with people and help them change their lives

We’re redefining personal training. At Kalos, we use DEXA technology and wearable data to build evidence-based programs for people who want measurable gains in strength, muscle, and performance. Our clientele includes startup founders, execs, creatives, and professionals looking to train with the same level of rigor they bring to their careers.

🧠 What You’ll Do

• Interpret DEXA scan data and fitness wearables to guide programming
• Coach clients 1:1 — virtually and in person — toward real, measurable progress
• Build custom programs with help from internal experts
• Join a high-output team setting new standards for health performance

🎯 You Might Be a Fit If You:

• Have 2+ years in tech, consulting, sales (SDR/AE), ops, or a performance-driven environment
• If already in the fitness industry, you have shown evidence of promotion into a manager level role
• Played sports competitively or trained seriously on your own
• Already coach friends/family informally on health or fitness
• Want a mission-driven role that blends data, human performance, and coaching
• Are hungry to grow and operate in a high-expectation team

🏆 Bonus Points

• Degree from a top school
• Experience managing high-touch client relationships
• Interest in body recomposition, VO2 max, glucose monitoring, wearables, or quantified self
